Low-Volume Electronics Manufacturing

We support technology companies moving from a functional prototype to reliable, repeatable low-volume electronics manufacturing.

We coordinate PCB manufacturing, component sourcing, SMT and THT assembly, manufacturing data review and production according to the technical requirements and quantities of each project.

From Prototype to Repeatable Production

A functional prototype does not necessarily mean that a product is ready for repeatable manufacturing.

Before the next production run, we can review manufacturing documentation, component availability and potential risks that may affect cost, lead time or production repeatability.

If the design still needs to be verified before low-volume production, we can first arrange PCB and PCBA prototyping.

What We Can Provide

Depending on the project, our support may include:

  • manufacturing data review

  • PCB manufacturing

  • electronic component sourcing and purchasing

  • BOM review and optimization

  • SMT and THT assembly

  • coordination of low-volume manufacturing

  • support with unavailable or obsolete components

  • preparation for repeat production runs

The scope of the service is adapted to the product, required quantities and current stage of development.

Manufacturing Documentation

For a production quotation, it is useful to provide the available manufacturing documentation, particularly:

  • Gerber or other PCB manufacturing data

  • BOM

  • pick-and-place / centroid data

  • assembly drawing

  • required quantity

  • PCB and assembly requirements

  • any additional manufacturing or testing requirements

If some of the documentation is missing or you are unsure whether it is production-ready, we can review the available files before manufacturing.

Component Sourcing and Availability

Electronic component availability can have a significant impact on both production lead time and cost.

We review your BOM, coordinate component sourcing and help identify suitable alternatives for problematic, unavailable or obsolete parts.

For repeat production, the goal is also to reduce the risk that a single unavailable component prevents the next manufacturing run.

Manufacturing Adapted to Your Project

Low-volume manufacturing is particularly suitable for new products, specialized electronic equipment and applications with lower annual production volumes.

The manufacturing approach is selected according to the technical requirements, quantities and expected development of the product.

Is Your Project Still in Development?

If the device is still in the design stage or an existing prototype needs further development, we can support the project before production.

Request a Production Quote

Send us your manufacturing documentation, BOM, required quantities and a short description of the project. We will review the available information and suggest the most appropriate way forward.
